This client had a small bathroom with a with a tiny square shower and a corner cabinet that was impossible to use and reach for storage. The shower floor was breached and water was standing under the shower pan and seeping into the subfloor. The bathroom had to be completely gutted and rebuilt, including the plumbing. We used a semicircle shower design and created a custom river rock floor and the corner cabinet was replaced with hanging baskets for towel storage. We replaced the sink vanity with a pedestal sink to create more space in the overall floor plan.

Bathroom remodel with tub
The client asked to remove tile from the wall behind the toilet and sink and replace the sheetrock and paint. They also asked that the old wall tile around the tub be removed. We replaced the sheetrock with waterproof panels and new tile. We installed new tub and sink fixtures and a new vanity and painted all walls. The wall switches were all replaced and a new baseboard border added in front of the tub.

Marble shower floor redesign
This second floor shower floor was leaking and caused damage in a closet on the first floor of the home. The shower floor was completely removed and new marble was installed preserving the original walls, fixing the leak.
